Samuel's newest trick is to give kisses. It makes my heart so happy! Allen or I can hold our face close to his and say "kisses" or "give Mommy/Daddy kisses" and he will hold his head very still and lift his chin up so we bend down and plant one right on his mouth.
He doesn't quite know to pucker up yet but he definitely knows what it's all about. In the past we always had to sneak or steal kisses since he would usually turn his head away when we got close to his face. Of course that never stopped us from smothering him in kisses anyway!
It is nicer now he is an active and willing participant. There's nothing sweeter than baby kisses and that's why we like to tell him that, "Samuel has candy kisses." It's true, he does!
