Double Trouble

Last night Samuel had the opportunity to play with his friend Payton while her parents attended their squadron's Christmas party. They always play so well together and it was great watching them interact with each other. I can see that God definitely hard-wired babies alike! The were both interested in the same things, wanted to play with the same toys and tried to share the same snacks and cups. I was busy trying to keep up with them and made sure to take a few pictures of their adventures.

They both love Yo Gabba Gabba!



They spent most of their time taking turns pushing or riding in Samuel's Radio Flyer car.





Samuel had a little trouble with the "taking turns" part.... I had to intervene pretty quickly after snapping this picture!



I served a smorgousboard of food, including hot dogs, turkey, avocado, grapes, oranges, and butternut squash, but neither ate very much.



Here they are playing house.






Before the night was over I'm pretty sure they played with every toy downstairs (and a few things that are not toys)!





They had fun playing catch. Samuel would roll or throw the ball and Payton would bring it back.
